Yess, you can definitely come over to try on our clothing and buy your favourite items on the spot, but you will need to make an appointment for this first. Please send us a message on Whatsapp to +31629956744 to make an appointment.
Within the Netherlands we ususaly use PostNL and sometimes DHL. For international deliveries we usually use DHL, but it can differ depending on the country.

Yess, you can choose the option to pickup your order yourself in Den Haag. This option will appear at the checkout when you place your order. This will save you waiting time and shipping costs. You will need to make an appointment for this though! please send us a message via Whatsapp to +31629956744 to make an appointment and you will be able to pickup your order the same day or the day after (depending on how busy it is).
We want to keep our brand super exclusive for you, so you can only purchase our beautiful pieces via our website madamfinesse.com or when you come over to fit the pieces, you can purchase them on the spot. Every now and then we will have a pop up store at carefully selected venues and from time to time we will also be available via carefully selected fashion platforms. For example, at this moment you can also purchase our items via Style Snipe. Please keep an eye on our social media, @madamfinesse on both Instagram and Facebook, if you want to know when and if we have a pop up store.
We don't have a physical store or showroom at the moment. We hope to open our showroom in the next year. Untill that time all pick ups and fitting sessions are at our founders house in Den Haag. Yess we do! At the moment we only offer international shipping to EU countries, but we are working hard on getting ready for shipping outside of the EU and we hope to be able to offer worldwide shipping very soon.
It depends. EU countries don't have to pay any customs and taxes, but if you live in a country outside of the EU there will be customs and taxes charged. These will be charged when your order reaches its country of destination and will have to be paid by you, the consumer. Madam Finesse does not pay for any of these charges. Customs and charges differ between countries, please contact your local customs office for more information on the customs and taxes that apply for your country.
Within the EU it's obligated to charge 21% VAT, which is already included in the prices of our items. There will be no extra customs and taxes charged when shipping to an EU country. For non EU countries the customs and taxes that will be charged differ per country, please contact your local customs office for more information. The customs and taxes that are charged by your country are paid by you when your order is delivered, we do not reimburse you for this.

If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unwashed, unworn, unsoiled and you,ve applied for a return via info@madamfinesse.com within 14 days after you've received your order, please ship it back following the instructions on the returns form that is included in your package. Remember to fill in your returns form with your request and put this form in your parcel when you return it back to us. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we've received it. If no exception with your return is faced your request will be processed within 2-3 working days and refunds will be made within 5-15 days, depending on the payment method.
To return your order, please use a 'TRACKED' service as we can only refund items which are returned to us. We don't reimburse you for postage cost back to us, you have to pay for this yourself.
Refunds for full priced items are issued to your original payment method.
Refunds for regular sale items can only be processed through a gift certificate to be used on our site.
Final sale items or sample sale items can not be returned for a refund or gift certificate.
Shipping costs are not refunded for a partial return, unless you return your complete order in which case we refund the initial shipping costs as well.

We try to answer email queries within 48 hours during working days. At sale times these timescales may be longer due to increased volume.

1. Please check your tracking ID to ensure that it has been succesfully delivered to us.
2. Please allow 2-3 working days from the receipt of your return for it to be processed. If the return was for a refund, please allow 7-15 days from receipt of the return for the refund to appear in your account.

Unfortunately at this point we aren't able to offer exchanges yet. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or a completely different item you will have to return the item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want. We can however reserve the item you want for you for 7 days, if we have it in stock. If you want us to reserve an item for you, please email us at INFO@MADAMFINESSE.COM so we can further assist you on this.
We generally don't always know upfront if we will be restocking an item once it's sold out, but you can always send us an email on info@madamfinesse.com and if we know we'll be happy to let you know as well. It all depends on the demand for an item and if we are able to reproduce that particular item.
If you register your email address on our website you will always be the first to get the news when an item is restocked and you'll be the first to shop the item of your desires!
First of all you will get 10% of your first order when you register as a member. You can become a VIP member by clicking here to register your email address on our homepage. As a member you will always have the oppurtunity to see and shop our new pieces first, before we officially release them, giving you a chance to get your hands on our gorgeous limited edition pieces before anyone else can. Also every now and then we have members only flash sales and sample sales, which only our members will be able to access on a secret member area of our website.
Last but not least, we will organize small fitting parties for a few exclusively selected VIP members every now and then.
